Lee Yul-ye of Gangneung High School won the '8th Lee Man-soo Catcher and Home Run Award'

Lee Yul-ye received the honor at the 8th Lee Man-soo Catcher and Home Run Award held at the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) headquarters in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 19th.

Lee Yul-ye received baseball supplies worth 5 million won, health foods, plaques, and 1 million won in prize money. Lee Yul-ye posted a batting average of 0.335 in high school baseball, and displayed top-notch skills by playing for the youth team in his first and third years of high school. "I will not be proud and grow into a good player," Lee Yul-ye said. "I will make my professional debut in the 2025 season, and I will train hard to make the first team stage quickly."

Meanwhile, Lee Yul-ye is a rising star who was nominated by SSG Landers as the eighth overall in the first round of the 2025 KBO Rookie Draft. He also participated in the SSG Prospect Camp held in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan in October.
